I am 52 and work in advertising. From 1996 onwards I suffered several episodes of sickness, owing to intestinal obstruction. In 2004 I underwent surgery, which resulted in a diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the sigmoid, Grade 2, with metastasis into the regional lymph glands. I refused the conventional treatment that was on offer. Having read Beata Bishop's book ten years before, I knew about Dr Max Gerson's wonderful method, and embarked on his therapy under the guidance of Gerson therapist Dr Melania Nagy. It was a tough journey, requiring much perseverance, which I pursued in its intensive form for two years, and as a result I am able to write this report - in good health - in November 2009. For me, the Gerson therapy means life itself.
